    Hello there, I have reached out for help from the Go RV, ******** location. July 6, 2024 @3:28 pm.ISSUE #1: STEPS TO TURN ON THE WATER - I explained that the orientation was done so quickly and the owners manual DID NOT specify on how to get water flowing.- Serviceman said that I should have been orientated. I expressed that it was done so quickly and that I'm requesting help on this issue.- NO steps were given from GO RV Edmonton on how to turn on the water.ISSUE #2: REPORT, WALL PANEL POPPED OUT - Bedroom wall panel popped out leaving insulation exposed.- Serviceman told me I could fix the panel myself before offering to book me in for an appointment. As I purchased extended warranty.- Will the trailer be safe to use for the use of my family while camping? ISSUE #3: Guidance to Return RV Camper Trailer.Reached out to speak with a Sales Manager, Go RV ******** - August 7, 2024 @4:52pm.Reached out to *******************, Sales Manager, Go RV ******** - August 8, 2024 @10:55 am.- Explained my situation and *******************, Sales Manager told me that he is not going to buy the trailer back and kept on saying that he does not know my situation and did not let me know if he was even going to attempt in looking into the issues above.- I asked to speak to his boss. - ******************* said that he has the authority to buy back the unit and he's not going to do that or offer any guidance to repair this situation.I let ******************* know that I am a person just like he is and I am no different from him and I deserve to be respected and treated with fairness as the next person.Yours truly,Unsatisfied Customer

    This places deserves way more credit than given. The parts and service staff will go above and beyond to help their guests. My husband and I have purchased multiple unit from this store. Just like anything there will be hiccups no matter where you go there will be issues that arise we are humans not programed machines. 10/10 and we will be back!

    I had a leak coming from somewhere under the fridge. I took it in (July 2022) and was told it was condensation build-up from the fridge. That was the only trip out that year. Winterized and then de-winterized this spring with their summarization package. Next trip out it wasn't summer ready. The propane stove burner was missing. Found jammed under the cooktop. The bypass wasn't open and the rod wasn't put back in and the leak they said was from the fridge was back. This time it was leaking from the top of bathroom tub. I went empty so I had no water. Loosened a s**** from there and water came spraying out. Took it back in. Was told by the technician that I should have checked everything before leaving the lot and that the burner came loose while driving. Showed the technician where the leak was and he said he would get it in right away. This was a Tuesday by Friday didn't hear anything stopped in to find out it wasn't in yet. Checked again on Tuesday by phone call and was told I would have to pay ****** for repairs and testing of leaks and they couldnt replicate the leak therefore it was a non-issue. Told the tech to remove the third s**** that he would find the leak. I told him I needed to talk to someone else and wasn't going to pay the fee. Went in on Saturday saw a different technician. Very nice took my information and said she would get the Assistant manager to call. Monday came, still didn't hear anything. Stopped by and she accused me of withholding information regarding the leak and that it was a non-issue because they couldnt replicate the leak even after I told them where it was. She tried to make comparisons to going to the doctor with me about withholding the s**** information. Email was sent saying she had no way of contacting me despite giving my phone number twice. Took it home, videoed the leak and then was accused of it coming from a completely different system. They refused to fix it. Saying they don't dismantle to find leaks. Bought brand new.

    Bought 5th wheel to be our primary residence in May 2022, after providing final payment service and communication DRASTICALLY changes. I recently sent an 8 page letter with the breakdown of event to the managers, I will try to summarize. At time or purchase we noted some deficiencies and were assured they would be taken care of, 1 item took 5 months and several back and forth conversations. The delivery date we discussed initially came and went, we finally got the unit 3 weeks after. Immediately after delivery cupboard doors came right off of hinges, all drawers became stuck or fell off hinges, a leak was discovered in the bedroom slide out, part fell off the shower door, a leak under kitchen sink, linoleum not glued down in kitchen (we were told it is a floating floor), recliners were screwed to floor with 1 s**** which came out and ripped the linoleum, and the list goes on. The unit was back in for repairs in July (10 days), then again in September/October (5 weeks). In October it sat in the bodyshop lot for 3 weeks to get the vinyl on outside repaired, for 3 weeks nothing was done, we needed the other repairs on inside done before the end of October and asked them to please do these, they had not ordered any parts for the work needed on the inside. The unit was returned with several repairs not completed. I also need to add that most of the service department employees often made us feel as though we were a nuisance. We moved the unit to ******* for the winter upon arrival discovered the leak in the bedroom slide out is still occurring and the bottom cable for another slide out snapped. We have tried calling a few places in *******, they will not touch the unit because it is from GoRV ******** and have experienced significant issues working with them if it is a warranty issue. So the saga continues on and on. So regretful that we did not find out about how this company operates.

    Bought a trailer. Hitch installation was incorrect. Installed a hit that was rated for 800 pounds. Total hitch weight was 950 and was weighed. Contacted GO RV and they immediately referred me to their legal team. Really poor after delivery service. They all smile and act nice to you until they delivery the product. Basically tell you to take a hike. Support other businesses. Do not go here
