    There needs to be a class action lawsuit filed against this company!I purchased the Mina *** November 19, 2021 and I REALLY wanted to like this ***. Due to the shipment getting lost in transit, I didnt receive the *** until February 7, 2022, FOUR MONTHS LATER!!I began having issues almost immediately with over half of my clients complaining of neck pain and discomfort. I thought that it was just something minor that the clients would get used to because it was a new ***. Several months go by and my clients are still saying it hurts their neck and head. I try to ease their discomfort by using a towel under their neck and a thin pillow. I even added a pillow booster under their butts to keep them boosted up. This provided no help and clients were still not comfortable. So on December 9, 2022, I contacted P&O via ********* My messages were read but were ignored. Finally after 2 months of no response I contacted them via email.In my opinion, their customer service comes off as condescending and not very helpful, as it appears they are trying to blame me for the issues Im experiencing. **************************** told me in an email that my issue was that: "it may just come down to it not being the right fit for you!"I have heard they are making new ***s with revised measurements for other customers who are having the same issues. Why wont they make me a new *** for me? This is another reason why I am not happy. They are helping others with similar issues, but dont care about my issue.I have also recently learned that there are many other businesses that are experiencing the same issues I am having with client discomfort. You can find these reviews on social media.On March 14, 2023, I was told via email that it may just come down to it (the ***) not being the right fit for you!. Seriously? What kind of business says that to a customer after spending $2300?They have BLOCKED ME and deleted my comments on social media as well as dozens of others to hide the negative reviews!

    Very disappointed that the head rest is so uncomfortable for my clients. I was misinformed from the description. I was led to believe it didnt need a pillow. I had to purchase a pillow that does not match the bed. Shortly after purchasing they came out with a pillow. Its $300! That should be included when dropping $2,000, for a bed directed towards lash artist whos clients lay 2-3 hour long.
