    We started to work with Aspen service dogs in the owner trained program and unfortunately did not pass and went forwarded with the fully trained program for our son. It has been years longer than the contract stated to get our fully trained dog for him. I have had to go to the Goverment to try and get our dog and had been slandered about our character and my child. I have violation of **** with this company. I have done everything they have requested including rehoming two pets of ours to finally go to ******** July 7 to pick up and train for a week with a fully vet dog that would have never of passed with any other agency. They are not returning our money back after requesting it to go with another agency. This dog we had we were willing to keep trying and come home with her and Aspen requested we return her for safely of our child. It was nearly $5000 for the week in ******** alone and they have been paid in full for years for a fully trained dog. We did fund raise for our dog. But, this was given to our child not the agency and we need the money for a fully trained dog for our child still. They refuse to refund the money back.
