    It is great it is a pleasure to work with companies that when you get feed back from clients about there service. 'I just wanted you to both know of the wonderful service Instadrain provided when relining my sewer pipe.The job entailed excavating behind the garage so they could pull the liner from the alley. They had to do it that way because a prior remodel of the kitchen changed the stack and connection to the sewer to a 3 inch pipe which isnt large enough to push the liner through for the 4 inch sewer pipe.But where I feel they went above in beyond is that they decided to remove the 10 foot portion of nocorrode pipe that was next to the deck and under the paver stone sidewalk. It was showing some signs of deterioration and they thought it best to remove it and replace with plastic. This required them to hand dig a 10 foot section below the paver stone sidewalk. I needed a nap after just watching them dig that out. They carefully removed the paver stone and laid it out as in the same pattern so they could return it to original condition when completed. I expect the hand dig added a half day to their schedule but they stayed true to their quoted price.I was a little nervous about the sewer when I purchased the home but now have the peace of mind that it will be good for years to come.So I would like to recommend ******* and his Instadrain team to you should you have need for sewer inspection or remediation work for your clients.'Thanks ******* great work.
