    On May 2, 2022 I ordered a custom designed golf cart shed from ******** ***** at Shed Solutions. Shed solutions gave me the ability to design the shed, pick out colours, options, size etc. This shed was for the sole purpose of housing my golf cart. After I submitted the design ******** called me and we discussed the location of the door which was in the end of the shed so I could drive me cart straight I. He asked me to measure my cart cause he believed the door I had selected was too small. I measured the cart 48 wide x 70 high and he confirmed I needed the bigger door which was an additional cost of $300. We made this change and I ordered the shed to be delivered in June. On June 26th they came and built the shed. After the workers left I went to out my golf cart in the shed but the door was too small. The doors were large enough but there was not enough clearance because the floor is raised and there are headers over the door. I immediately called ******** as per the contract which stated if there were any defects or issues I must call immediately or my credit card would be charged in 72 hours if no complaints were lodged. ******** said that’s too bad that your cart won’t fit but there is nothing we can do cause you never told me if was for a golf cart. I went back over our conversation where we discussed the bigger door, where I laid for a bigger door and even gave him measurements of the cart. He said he did t remember but he would talk to the owner on Monday. After the call I sent an email summarizing the issue and our discussion about him not knowing it was for a golf cart. ******** replied the next day stating that he knew it was for a golf cart and told me the wall wasn’t high enough to fit a golf cart but I didn’t want to change it. Since he was clearly not acting in good faith and will I asked to speak with the owner. The only solution they have come up with is to charge me an additional $800 to repair. It old them to come and get the shed.
