    On 3rd and 4th Sep 2022, 3 fraudulent credit card transactions were processed by West Edmonton Mall using my credit card. I was in Quebec at the moment and have not been to this mall during that period.

    I have contacted the West Edmonton Mall customer service but have had no return call from them. Their receptionist took my name and told me they would call me back. She had forgotten to even ask me for my contact information which indicates to me she had no intentions of getting my issue fixed in any way.

    All guest inquires and disputes must be summited through our Contact center on our webpage.  Please visit wem.ca/contact, select Parks & Attractions under the "Where can we send your request", select Other under the "Help us route your request". Completed the required information within the request and select Submit. This will generate and ticket with our Parks & Attractions team to review and investigate. The contact page can be use for all out reach to the Shopping Centre.
