    My experience with Nexus Speech Therapy has turned out to be somewhat of a nightmare with a Care Coordinator in ******** location over some invoicing issues and some miscommunication. I've been taking sessions with them for the past three years for the amount of $100 per 30 min session. I do have a copy of her email "The fee for the 2nd visit is ****** for a 30 mins session". I got an invoice in the amount of $110 per session this year. I thought there was an error on their behalf so I emailed them six times for them to verify but no response in this matter whatsoever. While I was waiting for their response, they kept sending me a reminder of payment. I decided to call them as they don't reply to emails. My intention was to find out whether or not I received an incorrect invoice but after several phone calls I explained the situation and they said they would look into it and never did follow-up. On March 1st, 2024 (the third time calling) I managed to get her again. She just started to attack me over the phone and threatened to have me proportionate to the other rate for last year's invoices. I did ask her to stop yelling at me. All I wanted was some clarification as to what was stated in the email and what the rate was that the session is as the two were totally different answers and weren't making sense. I also didn't receive any notice that this year that I was going to receive a rate increase. But instead she just threatened to have me pay an extra $40 for last year's service. She then threatened to stop sessions if I didn't pay that day which I did in the full amount that required then I got an email from my pathologist on March 7th stating that the March 8th session is still on hold as per her request. Just two hours before the session I got the okay. This tells you how poorly managed this company is and that she is not looking in the best interest as I felt discriminated against. I wish that our conversation was recorded.
