I cannot find anything positive to say about this company. We hired them to spray a liner in our in ground concrete water tank last May due to a leak in the tank--within days of this being done we had issues with latex smelling and foamy water--the company (***********************) was notified and he said we needed to run a couple tanks of water through to flush things out--we did this and the issues remained --he then a few weeks later attended at our place and indicated they had found and area that had not cured properly as they had used the wrong product so he fixed the issue and resprayed the tank and indicated we would not have any further issues. Unfortuanlty our issues have never stopped and to this date our water remains to be latex smelling and foamy9 this after 4 full tanks of clean city water has gone through the system) and **************** has become extremely arrogant, condescending, and clearly has no indication or plan to resolve our issues but rather seems interested to blame anything and anyone else and to deflect any responsibility from himself or his workmanship. Communications from him quickly turned from congenial to negative and sarcastic and again we have no resolution to our issues. forcing us to proceed to the Better Business Bureau for assistance to resolve this so we can again have useful water. We did not have latex smelling and foamy water prior to this repair being done. My issues are both with this water quality issue and the manner in which **************** decided to not address the issue but to become sarcastic and blaming of anything and anyone he can--leaving us with not having useable water from our tank for over a year now, as it can only be used to clean, bath and is not suitable to drink or cook with.. Basically we get fresh clean city water put in our tank and we get foamy latex smelling water coming out of our taps and faucets. **************** and this company clearly have no concept of customer service or supporting there work and products
