    I used Sentinal Storages website to reserve a unit 20ft * 25ft at $110/week. **** reserve button requires information and there is no where to pay a deposit - a representative has to call you afterwards.When the representative called, he said there were no units left - he offered a much higher priced unit at a different location. I pulled up the website and there were many units showing, and the ones I asked for on the website all were gone. This seems deception like bait-and-hook, so I asked why they would show and let me reserve online, he said it must just be a technical glitch. He then put me through to the actual ***** Road Storage so they could check. They also said the unit was gone. I asked when and they said they could not check that. And that it must just be a slow update.They refused to offer a discount on the other units to help honor the price/square foot advertised online.As I looked through more and more units, these also were not there but of course a higher priced one was available somewhere else..While I do not think the people at the brick and mortar storage centers are acting deceitfully, I do feel that I, as a consumer, is being lured in through the language of reserve and pricing and then only offered something else.These are the pictures of the units with the reserve button working when I was on the call none of the were actually available except a 5*5 and a 10*20.

    We are sorry to hear about ****************** concerns and the delays in our response. For some reason, this was not escalated to the appropriate contacts.

    This matter has just now been forwarded to my attention and we are committed to a resolution.

     I will review the details of the complaint and investigate further to submit a response by Tuesday August 6th, 2024.
