    I tried Getus because they appear to be cheap. But dont get in to the trap. they are not cheap. They dont have technology and equipment to serve you. They can not keep their appointments as they ride on the shoulders of **** communication. Their equipment are not capable of providing services they promised and when you cancel your services, they charge huge money as cancellation. For trying their service for just 5 days, I end up paying $200. They deducted $15 from my deposit. To get my refund I had to call them 5 times. No, it is not worth. I have to select one start because I cant leave a review without a star !

    On July 17th I contacted Getus customer service seeking help in resolving problem related to the phone connected to internet via modem/router. ****, the technician, tried to help me out. Because of the time restrictions on his side we agreed to continue to work on the issue on Saturday, Jul.20th. **** told me that he would call me between 9:00 am - 10:00am. Because he did not call, I have contacted Getus myself. This time I spoke to ***** who was not able to fix the issue. He said that he needed to talk to his colleagues and would call me in 30min. He never did!!!!!I have been the client of theirs for few years and I shocked with so incredibly poor service!*****************

    Absolutely horrible company. I have been a long term customer for over a year. I recently tried to upgrade my Internet with them and in which doing so they messed up my internet. I called them repeatedly (all different techs) and went through the same routine. Unplug the modem wifi and still won't work, one tech mentioned there was a issue on there end. So we went back and forth for 3 days until they finally said that they need to do a modem swap. Already frustrated and losing money and sleep I agreed the tech ensured me that as soon as I received the modem we would be ready to go....... this was not the case at all fast forward day ******************************************* it would be done today!!! Nope lies now they state they are not sure when it will be done..

    Only thing getus cares about is getting your money. They constantly blame the vendor for any/all issues. They want the customer to do all the work & when the service/equipment still does not function, shrug & say its the vendors fault or its the customers fault for not upgrading their service. ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! They SWEAR that theyll call back to make sure everything is working. GASLIGHTING at its most EXTREME. Its a new service that some 12 yr old has dreamt up looking to be a billionaire before theyre 20. NO ACCOUNTABILITY just OUTRAGEOUS GREED!!!In the 23 months Ive had internet & 22 months of tv Ive had to call them at least twice a month. I upgraded internet to the suggested level for tv, it has NEVER NEVER NEVER functioned! I have *************** both of which work great so their saying internet needs to be upgraded is more evidence of OUTRAGEOUS GREED. Theyve raised the monthly fees twice with absolutely no notification. Ive gone thru 2 cypher tv boxes & 4 remotes, still non-functional. **** quit working 2 wks ago- *** called them repeatedly but the call drops so they must have my number blocked. Talk about DIRTY DIRTY DIRTY DESPICABLE behaviour. They all swear- ESPECIALLY THEIR MANAGERS- that theyll call me back to make sure everything is operational. Only received 2-4 call backs in the ***** months Ive had their service. Going to the **** is a massive headache, but frankly these guys deserve having the FED go after them. GETUS Communications is NOT a service, its a SCAM! Using one of the big guys is NEARLY unpalatable but GETUS just takes your money, gives you an ulcer & ZERO SERVICE of any kind. GETUS is DESPICABLE!! Their behaviour is REPREHENSIBLE!! Their so-called service is NONEXISTENT. The best thing to do is drum them out of business. If you went to a store, handed them $60 & a list, they made you wait for 3 days then come back & say we dont have any of this, youd expect your money back.Not from GETUS!!!

    I asked for service with this company and I sent the money and then when I moved they were to refund my mom to my credit card i am still waiting for it and I bought a portable device for wifi and it didnt show up at my address I called and told them and they said because its at someone else house they cant do anything. I said I can get my refund they said no I cant so I told them I am contacting your company
