Me and my mom was threatening and got robbed by the Cliff Tow Truck Driver, staff working on board. He IMPEDE, Blocked up our vehicle and parked vehicles to threaten us with threats of calling the Edmonton Police. We didn’t violate any Visitors Parking (****** *******). We showed the Driver of the Cliffs Tow Truck driver the Visitor Passes on the Car Seats. We had a Guaranteed/ Warranty for the Visitors Rights to Park because we own the Units at ****** *******. But he refused to listen and accepted the Visitor Passes from us when we presented to him. Because he wanted money from us. Instead of the (1) Parking Tickets he already wrote charges of an extra $250. After showing him our Right, Warranty and Guaranteed to the Visitors Parking Spaces. He end up writing (2) More Parking Passes costing an extra $500. He threatened, forced to call the Edmonton Police to lock us up. I told him we have the Tuscan Visitors Passes present and handed to him. But he laughed, mocked us. He wanted money from us. I told him that robbery. The Cliff Towing, he stole and robbed $750 from us.Business Response

Good afternoon,
Unfortunately, we have done our investigation and have contacted the complainant requesting copies of the tickets, receipts, dates this took place and thery are unable to provide anything in regards to the request other than a picture of my tow truck. Any information that I request they do not have, they stated it was paid via credit card so I asked for the last four of the credit card number because we can pull the records on our end and they cannot provide that information either. I am unsure how to resolve this if they cannot provide any of the requested information.
Cliffs Towing does not nor have we ever issued parking tickets since we have been in business.
Regards,

I am rejecting this response because it was not an accurate response back, it just got inaccurately denied because: I have spoken and replied back to the representative of Cliff Tow Truck by the name of "**** *****" numerous times including telephone and email. First contact dated was by telephone/email for
Mon, 8 May, 14:39 (8 days ago). Email by Cliff Tow Truck: **********************. **** *****, Cliff Tow Truck driver "first attempt" replied denied that the incident never had occurred. Cliff Tow Truck Driver don't issue parking violations tickets."Second Attempt" was on ********************** on May 8, 2023. I have provided proof that we did have Valid Visitors Parking Passes on the Car Dash. After he gave us the first Parking Tickets. We complaint and presented the Valid Parking Passes to the Cliff Tow Truck Driver. The Cliff Tow Driver after showing and presenting him the Valid Parking Passes to him. He got even more angry and wrote us (3) more Parking Tickets. In total $1000 in Cliff Towing Parking Costs. He robbed and threaten us that if we don't pay, we will not get our car back and he will call the Police and locked us up. After emailing proof with did happened with photos of the Cliff Towing incidents. She acknowledged and accepted that she could only find (1) tickets issues refer to as "Invoices" charges of
The charge of $134.42 on July 13 2021 was found on "Cliff Towing" expenses debit/credit machines. It was not a legit charges, but instead abused and threats of power and money too by the Cliff Towing Truck Driver. We did have the Visitor (****** *******) Parking Passes. We have Warranty and Guaranteed of the Parking Visitor Passes. Unfortunately, this was also racial hate crimes too because the other car parked did not have a Valid Parking Passes and was issued parking tickets "Invoices".Cliff Tow Inc. keeps trying to denied and changed the occurrence. This incident is extremely dangerous and not professional services. We are extremely terrified of Cliff Towing Inc. experiences.

Hi *******
Thank you for the pictures, can you please provide the following information:
Copy of your credit card statement which shows the tickets were collected by Cliffs Towing with the date of the transactions, as Cliffs does not issue tickets, we provide our customers with invoices, we have one invoice with your plate on it for $134.42 on July 13 2021. It is attached to this email along with pictures of the tag that shows no residents are to park in visitors parking, that you gave our driver when the drop charge was being completed. I do not see a picture of your tag hanging from the vehicle rear view mirror where it should be displayed for your guests to use.
Please provide a copy of your invoices for these tickets of $250.00 each that you are stating we charged.
I have cc’d our Operations Manager into this email for reference.
Hi *******
I do not see any photo that is attached to your invoice that shows the pass in the rear view mirror. The photo added was of a pass that you would have provided to the driver AFTER the vehicle was on the hook. The drop charge of $134.42 is Valid on July 13 2021, it is NOT a ticket it is an invoice.
I was the same female that you spoke today and advised you we DO NOT issue tickets of any kind. Please reply back with support of your claim, along with these “tickets” that you claim we issued, as stated previously we DO NOT ISSUE tickets of ANY KIND, along with an invoice OR receipt OR credit card statement that can prove you paid these charges to Cliffs Towing.
UNTIL we receive the statement from your bank or credit card company OR receipts OR invoices that shows we collected these payments from you, there is nothing more we can do for you as we have no record of any transaction from you or your mother on that date other than the $134.43 that was a VALID drop fee at that property for no pass displayed.
If you are saying this was a 2nd occurrence, we will also need the date that these (3) “tickets” were collected so we can search our records along with the last 4 digits of the card that was used, and the invoice numbers that you made payment on.Dear: **** *****,
As per photo attached shows the Visitor Passes was on the car dashes. My parents own ****** ******* **** ***. I was living and renting **** ***. My parents was visiting me at **** ** (****** *******). My mom came to quickly dropped off foods for me.
The $134.42 on July 13, 2021 was only (1) Parking Tickets issued to us even when we showed the Cliff Tow Driver we have the Visitor Passes too.
The female replied back mentioning there never any tickets issued to people from Cliff Towing. She claimed Cliff Towing never issued payments and this incident never happened or had occurred.
But now you mentioned you do accept there was a must mistake and charged of $134.42. The term “Invoices” you reference now.
After showing the Cliff Tow Driver the Visitors Pass on the Car Dashes. He got even more angry and threatened us with (3) more Charges. Total of close to $1000 in Fines. He threatened us to pay or he will call the Edmonton Police to lock us up. We told him “we didn’t do anything? We have the Vistor Passes. We own and live in the Unit”. But my mom was extremely scared, frightened. She was forced to paying closed to $1000, (3) other extra charges in fines.
The payment issued was paid and fined by Cliff Towing Debit/Credit Machine. Hopefully you can the rest of the remaining balance payment issues. There was (3) More Payments issues.
Regards,
Ms. ******* ***** ***** ********

Dear: **** *****,
I’m glad you acknowledged and confirmed it was you I spoke with on the phone. This occurred did happen and there was a charge paid finding of $134.42 invoices on your record.
Unfortunately, changes based on your occurrence statements doesn’t change before or after you claimed your own stated to change occurrences.
In fact, There was a charge of $134.42 shows and the remainder $1000 didn’t show up yet. The Visitors Pass was there and presented. The Cliff Tow Truck Driver acknowledged it. He just wanted more money and threatened us with Police.
He just caused problems and charges us fines because he wanted money from us. We paid close to $1000.

****Clearly we have asked several times for supporting documentation in the form of credit card/banking statements proving these claims that you were charged and you have not provided us with any of this. We have checked our credit and banking statements and the only bill to you was the one attached. Unless you can provide the proof that you were actually billed and you paid like you stated than I will deem this to be false and will be filing a complaint for false accusations and slandering the companies name and reputation.
