    March 22/23, 2023 and the week of March 27-31, 2023 one of our female employees was attending this school to attain their class three Driving license. During these days, there was a Man (not her instructor) that would continuously try to find her, stating he was the owner of the business along with ***** ******* ****** - trying to get her alone, standing extremely close to her, rubbing her shoulders while she was doing her truck checks. He would hang around until there wasn't anyone around her to approach her. She has video/audio of this interaction and he is asking her for her instagram and snapchat and whats app etc. The last day when she was leaving on March 29 2023, he was cornering her away from the exit door, reaching out to shake her hand and then grabbing at her hand to rub it - she had to elbow him in the stomach and walk out the door. The people that work here are mainly family of this man, including his wife at reception and the office - my hands are tied as this is wildly inappropriate behavior but I cant go to the business, and its not to the extreme of an assault charge. Hoping there can be an investigation of some sort.
