All indicated services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, to the personal satisfaction of the customer. If the customer is not satisfied with all work performed, the customer must notify AmSteam within three (3) business days and the service will be performed again at no charge. If the customer is still not satisfied with the work performed, AmSteam will refund a portion of the total bill. The customer agrees that AmSteam shall not be liable for the failure to remove stains, pet odor, or mould and mildew problems resulting from a flood that was not properly treated within 72 hours. AmSteam is not responsible for conditions prior to cleaning unless caused by AmSteam employees.
