    I paid for 2 days shipping which was purchased on a Wednesday on purchasing when offered which shipping method in terms of how fast and how much you pay I paid the highest amount in order to get it to me within two days which gave me a delivery date of April 6. They did not ship it for another two days and when they did I belive they shipped it regular ground shipping by ****** **** which does not ship on weekends. My delivery date is know not till the 10 so instead of getting two day shipping im getting it in a week's time absolutely disgusting they pocketed my money to save on shipping which I paid for. I paid 390.00 $22.28 in shipping which was supposed to be expedites shipping the two day so it was supposed to be ********* or a faster mode of transport. ** *** **** **** ******* *** *** *** *** ***** I paid a service for something I'm not getting. I bought from them before paid regular ground shipping and the amount of time it gets to me is as long as this order will get to me so they did not priority ship these items. And they are not answering my emails requesting a refund on the difference between what I paid for shipping and what they actually used as I won't be getting it within two days which is what I paid for.

    Ordered products online. Parcel should have been held at ****** **** for signature, however parcel was delivered to a community mailbox not belonging to me. I have checked 4 times and still not there. Tried to contact Liberty Vape to either get the items reshipped or refunded but they refuse to respond to my emails.
