We must request 24 HOURS NOTICE to cancel or change an appointment. This will allow us to offer the appointment time to another patient and will ensure that we are not financially inconvenienced.
Failure to provide 24 hours notice will result in charging a “Missed Appointment Fee” which is 50% of the appointment missed. Your cooperation and understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated.
