    The business quoted $189 (in person quote) but after the appointment I was charged $279.18. At the time of the initial quote I was assured that the timing guidelines for vaccinations were met with the appointment booked. I delayed the appointment for one week due to car troubles upon business’ permission. Not only I was overcharged at the appointment time but I was also blamed for missing the time guidelines and had optional services misrepresented as standard services. When I got home and realized I was overcharged I drove back to speak to the ******* who had difficulty explaining additional charges and advised me to return back in the afternoon to speak to the provider of the services. However when I returned back the provider refused to see me and the ******* said there is nothing they can do. Subsequently I received an email from the provider that acted on behalf of the management indicating their further refusal of any services to me in the future. Numerous errors, absence of customer service and refusal of services to disabled makes me file this complaint against this business.
