All it took was a phone call and their professional team was on site within a couple of quick hours to assess the damage and secure and clean up the property. Rainbow International of Edmonton provided exceptional customer service, excellent workmanship and exceeded all expectations. They provided a quote without delay, were able to start the work immediately, finished the job prior to the estimated time of completion (before a long weekend) and were fastidious in the cleanup prior to final walk through. All the staff were professional, extremely polite and went above and beyond to assist with everything. I highly recommend Rainbow for any of the services they provide. I have never been so pleased with contractors in decades! Thank you for your professionalism.

Had a water leak from the upstairs bathroom down the wall in to the laundry room below. I called Rainbow International and **** was out quickly that same day to assess the problem and explain in detail what needed to be done. They got started to work on it the very next morning. The job was done quickly, efficiently and it looks amazing. Everyone we dealt with was friendly, polite and answered any questions we had along the way. Had a link from the kitchen sink pipe located in the basement. Two other companies were way more expensive and one just didnt show up. Blessing for us to find Rainbow on the Internet. I hired Rainbow International Restoration to locate the source of a problem and do remediation. The whole team worked diligently, in an efficient, timely way to resolve every issue. They communicated well; answered all my questions and kept me informed in a helpful, courteous manner. They were such a great team work work with. We were in a bind when our initial contractor fell off the face of the earth.. then we got refered to rainbow international and they were so amazing to work with. They showed up on time. They were honest with their quote . They just did the job on schedule like they said. Nice easy clean business. Would recommend for anyone.Rainbow Restoration of Edmonton Ltd.

My experience with ***** and Rainbow Restoration was excellent from start to finish. He promptly sent a team to the site and, after gaining permission, got started right away. He communicated throughout the process which went a long way in easing my anxieties around the repairs. All of his subcontractors were friendly and helpful, and the workers were diligent and professional. He created timelines and finished when promised topped off with a comprehensive walk-through and tips for prevention. I can't recommend Rainbow highly enough.Rainbow Restoration of Edmonton Ltd.
