    Purchased this overpriced product when we didn't know any better. They prey on unsuspecting customers and are pushy door to door sales people.You can get a comparable RO and softener system for 80% of what these people charge you.They charge 6000-8000$ for RO/Softener package. You can get this done for under $2000.They promise you free service, but will add charges when they visit you. They charge you more than double for standard replacement filters.Do your research on RO and softener systems before you purchase, as they will pressure you to purchase within 24hrs of their sales meeting with you.DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS

    First of all, when you bought our products back in 2012 they were competitively priced with other high quality products supplied by our competitors. Please don't compare our product line to the cheaply made garbage from over seas. Secondly, you lied to our company and requested a technician to come to your home to perform a filter change. When he arrived, you said you don't need a filter change because you change the filters yourself. You just want someone to fix it. When he tried to explain that fixing the unit would not be under warranty due to you doing your own filter changes. Just like when you buy a car under warranty and they tell you to get the filter changes done at the dealership to maintain you warranty. You screamed at him to "Get out of my house!". The technician wasn't rude to you and explained the situation logically, you were rude to him. For that you get 1/5 Stars. Doing your own maintenance might save you money at the time, but not hiring professionals will usually cost you more money in the long run. Our technicians are trained how to service your equipment to keep it running for a life time. $200 a year is well worth money to protect your $6000 dollar investment.
