    Update: August 2, 2022. My mechanic noted that my right side front marker wasn't flush with the body of the car. I took a look at it, and that's when I noticed that there was damage to the plastic wheel well, which is why the marker wasn't sitting flush. I believe that this damage was done in May 2021, when my car was at Empire Collision, for repairs to the front bumper. Probably happened on one of the many times that they removed the front bumper.I contacted ****, who handled my repairs back in May 2021. He suggested that I contact ****, who is the manager at this location now, as **** no longer worked at that location. It took two emails and two phone messages before **** called me back. I brought my car in so that he can have a look at it. He proceeded to point out a hairline crack on my bumper and said that there was quite a bit of road rash underneath. I didn't even know about that hairline crack and I have never looked underneath my car. Regardless, I seriously doubt that either of them, would have caused the damage, that was done to the plastic wheel well. And I am sure that **** can't seriously think that either. But instead of trying to help me with this, **** used that to say it wasn't covered. I told **** that I would change my online review, to which he replied with: "What do you want me to do? Give you a new car?"I tried to find anything about a warranty on their website and could not find a thing about it. I noticed another customer's review (***************************), whose experience sounds like mine. Especially the part where: "...some clips had clearly been torn out when they removed the bumper and were not repaired..."So all you readers you have been warned. In case you were thinking about taking your vehicle here!
