  Just had them here a couple of weeks ago to replace some of my windows and front door. They did a great job. Tearing out the old windows, enlarging a basement window, installing the new windows and door, and cleanup was all done over the course of an afternoon. The house feels much cooler now with the new windows. If I need to replace other windows, I'd definitely end up going with Canadian Choice again.

  We had window installed by Canadian choice windows and doors and two windows failed to close properly.we had a service guy come out to rectify problem but basically made it worse hacking the seal strip of with a knife scratching all the window pvc(pretty much vandalism) after several emails back and fourth they came out out and measured 2 window for parts but in this time they had changed manufacturer so cut a long story short they installed 2 new windows one at the front and one at the back but the problem is they are not the same profile as the other ones .so now I have two different style window at the front of my house and at the rear .cost for these was over 12 k .Im left now with odd windows what dont look right .communication with them was painful.wish Id read the reviews first .Im left now with more cost as we have to get a lawyer .I have pics of damage done and the different style windows I will be uploading theres no option to leave no stars or there wouldnt be that one .

  Please notice that all services were provided accordingly to the contract.

  2 windows had problems with interlocks and best solution was to replace them with brand new windows with the same characteristics, work order with all characteristics has been sent to ************************** via email, for the reference.  

  2 brand new windows have been replaced with 0 cost accordingly to the contract.

  The window appearance slightly changed since original installation, email that windows will look a bit different has been sent to ************************** before we reordered them. The reply from *************** was : '' We appreciate the update, thank you.''

  Customer sent us concerns that appearance is not same after a month since reinstallation of new windows.

  Offer with financial compensation for the inconvenience that only appearance unfortunately can't be same  has been sent to the customer via email. The offer has been denied. 

  We are following the contract and all services will be provided accordingly.

  Unfortunately controlling production line appearance is out of our hands.  

  Brand new windows have same characteristics and 25 years warranty.

  You had no option to replace the windows as your tech guy rendered them useless cutting the seals of with a knife damaging them. We paid $12600 for the windows, but the windows you replaced them with are nothing at all like the original ones. The replacement ones you put in are externally beaded and the original ones are internally beaded so that makes them nothing like you said. That makes them totally opposite to the original ones and external beads means anyone can take the window out from outside giving them access to my house. Do please explain how these are like for like as you say not to mention a different style .

  Good day,Please notice that the style of the frame doesn't influence the quality of the window. Prove that qualifications are the same has been sent via email. New premium-style windows are secure same as the previous ones.The difference is just the style of the frame new one is Premium and the first one is Georgian style.The issue with interlocks happened due to the misuse of the windows, the best solution was to replace the entire window free of charge. Premium style windows are checked and certified in ******, as all our products are. The new Premium style windows are more efficient with a higher energy rating and cost more than previous Georgian style windows.If you have any other questions don't hesitate to contact us.Best Regards,CCWD

  We have odd windows now windows with external beading and windows with internal beading and completely different profiles that look odd in my house now.we did not pay for odd windows and as for misuse of a window I dont know how thats even possible? Are they not supposed to be open and closed ? You had no other choice but to replace the two windows that failed as your tech guy cut the lips off with a knife rendering them useless .two of my odd windows are externally beaded what means now anyone can remove my window from the outside and take my glass out and enter my house .as for negative reviews that you have filtered out on ****** reviews .and then had your friends leave more than one review with 5 stars lol.. Ive reported this also to ****** and there doing a investigation on you too .why your trying to make your reviews look good. Would it not be easier to fix the mess you have caused to my house and charged me $12.600 for .. if you did a good job in the first place you wouldnt have so many negative reviews.

  And I didnt hesitate to contact you but you blocked me from responding to you .you guys must be busy filtering out negative reviews and duplicating 5 stars ones of your friends to get back to me as Im also still waiting for a telephone conversation that you messaged me you would be in touch last week but never did and blocked me ?

  Good day,Please notice we never blocked you. You can always call us Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm Windows are the same secure as all of our windows are. They have the same characteristics. The style of the product doesn't influence the security or performance of the windows.   Yes you do block negative reviews and have your friends leave more than one 5 star review ..the windows cannot be as secure as the original as there externally beaded but the others are not .the 2 new odd windows you put in are not even sealed just one side with half inch bead of caulk and the other side is just butted up to j trim and no caulking you guys didnt even put a sill cap on it just an blob of caulking at bottom.and yes you did block me I will post pics for people to see

  Windows still odd and not sealed correctly still .canadian choice windows and doors Edmonton real good at taking your money and leaving your house looking odd and silly with odd windows (not even sealed up correctly. Pics to prove ) save your self a lot of money do your home work first and dont be fooled with the reviews they filter. Worst mistake I ever made dealing with this company . They took $12.600 of me and wont fix there mess they have made of my house.

  Hi everyone. This is my personal opinion...Special thanks to ****** for his time and care about our home . ****** really educated gentleman with crazy amount of experience, so you won't make mistakes dealing with him. Another special and extremely big thanks to my ********* incredible installer ******** for his knowledge and professionalism. ******** promised me to save blind ( everyone was saying impossible) and he saved blinds and $10k for me. Out of 12 Windows 5 was rotten and replaced.Clean , on time ( 10 weeks after final measurement ) . Definitely will recommend!
