  Salesman was great (Yulian). He was kind, fair, non pushy and great to work with. He was easily accessible and kept in touch till completion. This company is lucky to have him. The time from order to installation was 4m - I was rebooked 5 times and totally forgot about once. Due to all the rebooking my house ( due to being covered in plastic and furniture moved to prep for install) was in disarray for over a week. I was trying to be accommodating but I feel my kindness was taken advantage of by the booking department. The installers on arrival were not happy to be there - I seemed like an inconvenience and they all looked annoyed. They laid out tarps and cleaned to their standard. But we found dead bugs in our carpet all on our stairs. They cleaned the area where the windows weere but non traffic areas.None the less, from what I can tell post install they did a good job and the quality of the windows are as advertised. Upon completion I was asked to fill out a sheet with my banking info for the remainder of payment (50%). I was uncomfortable putting my info on a sheet of paper and told them I would call in my final payment. The installers became very aggressive demanding I pay them now and fill out the unsecured sheet. I told him I will speak to service then he told me they are all on vacation and Not at the office. ( telling as to why they were annoyed to be there ) .. he demanded that I pay now. So the only option was to send a e-transfer to which he stood over me to ensure it was completed properly took a picture of it once done, then he stormed out. I even tried to settle the situation by sticking out my hand for a handshake and saying thanks - he ignored me and walked off. My wife and kids felt unsafe and uncomfortable by his aggressive demeanour. For a young company - they need to figure out a better booking and billing system. Installers should not be collection agents.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by these changes.Regarding the payment process, it is the installers responsibility to collect payment upon completing the work. As mentioned in our email communications, we provided all the necessary details about the installation and payment process. The credit card payment form is marked as confidential, as stated in the document. Since you opted not to pay by credit card, the installer needed to ensure payment was completed via e-transfer before leaving the site.We value your understanding and thank you again for your feedback.

  Installers were very good. Left House clean and removed all old windows. Windows look great. Trim was a very nice added feature in PVC
