      After contacting the office it was only 2 days when a project manager came and reviewed the problem and provided costs and a schedule.I received 2 calls after the contract was signed and they kept me informed about the schedule.A week before the start time they phoned and said they were ready for the installation how and gave me the final date. It was perfect as there was a break in the cold weather, it was only -8 when they arrived and started work. The 2 guys worked fast and it did not take long to get the old window out and the new one in. This was the large living room window with 2 side panel the opened . Once installed and the shims in place, the insulation was sprayed in 2 layers with with about 10 min between so to make sure there was no air pockets or sagging .Even the end of the shims were covered with insulation. The moulding went on without a problem and all nail holes were filled. The windows were cleaned inside and out and then all the construction material and cover sheets were removed and the hardwood floor cleaned.It has been 4 weeks since the installation and they did a final inspection today.Great job and I would use them again and have told a few friends about their good work.r

      I did not get my windows replaced by Greenfox but I have been continuously harassed with phone calls by one of the employees at Greenfox. I blocked his phone number as he called me a few times after i canceled an appointment. He still keeps calling me and it has been weeks now! I wouldn't use a company that harasses me. If I wanted to use the company I'd call them.As it is, when I emailed to ask for my quote I never received a response. Wouldn't trust people that won't provide proper information either.

      Green Fox had done an excellent job in replacing our windows a prompt, professional and courteous work! They even came back to fix a ******************* on the sill, which could be caused in transit. We did not request for it! Thanks for their detail and care in service, especially ****, the regional manager, and the two installers. Highly appreciated!

      Greenfox was very professional and reliable from the very start of our process to the final end inspection. The install was done proficient with employees that knew exactly what was expected of them and how to achieve the final outcome. I dont have any hesitation in recommending Greenfox and would definitely use their services for future work,

      We are so happy with our GreenFox experience. Right from the start of the project straight through to the final inspection everything was easy. The installation of 2 patio doors a front door and side door was amazing they kept a very clean work area and took all our old doors away as well. I wouldnt hesitate to to use them again or refer them to family and friends
