  We placed an order worth about ****** for three new doors in our home and had issues with two out of three. We also had issues with customer service. First, the sales person: he pitches discounts if a 5 star review is left for him, and considers your heritage when offering discounts. If you aren't Ukrainian, and you are not writing a 5 star review in front of him, you may not be getting one. Both he and the installation person mentioned there will be a follow up phone call to arrange a check of all doors. No call. I had to make the call and also complain about two missing features of our order.We ordered self closing hinges for a garage door, it did not self close, we ordered a vinyl shelf for our front door, it was not included, even though we have paid in full on March 19. When we called to let the sales person now, he told us to tell the people from HomeTECH that will call us to book a follow up after installation. There were no phone calls. I made a call about it and sent emails about the issue and we were told the order would come in soon. Only the hinges came in and they installed on April 25th, only checking their installation then. Not only were doors missing two parts of our order, two doors did not close properly. They were not fixed until April 25th. it is now May 19th and still no vinyl shelf has been delivered, no phone call made to **, and even though they sent an apology email and offered a gift card, there has been nothing sent nor spoken of. I do not like to give bad reviews, I can't believe I will need to call yet again, just to get the part of our $****** order we paid for and they did not complete. We could have gone much cheaper quote with anther company but we thought they would do a good job. The doors are lovely but when you can't get the items you paid for two months from the installation date even though you placed the order on December 6, 2024, you really need to wonder about this company's ability to fulfill orders as promised.

  Super impressed with every step of my contract. Hometech was able to respond to all my concerns and needs and when the install took place, the installers were amazing. I'm so happy with my purchase. Thank you again for all your help!
