    We purchased two generators from Edson Honda on Sept 9th , 2022 for just over $1600. We never took them out of their boxes as we ended up not using them because our power was restored to our town that had suffered a total blackout due to a massive wildfire (Jasper AB). We called Edson Honda on Sept 14th, 2022 asking if we could return the unused, still in their boxes, generators and the ***** ****** said no. No where on the receipts does is state that it was a final sale. ****** told us that he could not take our generators back because they were already registered in our name for warrantee. We called the distributor who ****** bought them from and they said that was a lie and that there is not a warrantee registration process. He also said that the generators were not made by ******* which is who ****** said made them.

    ***** did in fact purchase 2 generators to run her home during a fire, she has since tried to return them and one of the staff has mentioned she is not allowed. As her statement is we have no where on our invoices that says final sale, she is in fact correct. However, we also do not have anywhere on our invoices that states and sort of return policy if used or not used.

     

    However with that being said I have personally reached out to *****, on will come up with a solution that fits both her and us and everyone going forward. We will be contacting her Friday September 16th
