    I hired *** to ship something for me. He promise he would email me information pertaining to the shipment and never did. He also promised me he would contact me on numerous occasions and never did. After he failed to pick up my machine I asked for a refund. He said he would give me a refund but never did.

    I first was in touch with *** ******* on April 18. It was agreed that *** and his company 2403409 LTD would transport two washroom trailers from Regina to Langley, BC for $2500 per. When the delivery to Regina was delayed *** offered to have them picked up by his driver *** ***** directly from Bristol Indiana. The cost was adjusted to $9500 and an increased deposit was asked to be sent by etransfer total of $4750. I requested ID, Company info and an Invoice from *** and everything seemed legit. Two phone numbers *** gave me to contact his driver have be *** or driver . Numerous phone calls and texts over a period of three weeks and the money has not been refunded. Promises and arrangements to refund our deposit have gone unanswered. I believe that *** ******* deliberately defrauded us in booking this delivery that he never intended to go thru with. for some reason I did get two etransfers from *** one for $750 and one for $500. So the balance owing is $3500. Along with this complaint I will be filing a police report with the Edmonton RCMP.
