    I get a rental car from enterprise authorized by carstar because my own car is under repair with the bodyshop of carstar company. Enterprise is the one who provide me with rental clearly stating that carstar is the one going to pay for my rental untill the agreement ends Date of rental:march 25 2024at 1:40pm Rental ends:may 13 2024 And it was ****** stated on agreement that 100% bill goes to carstar. At the starting of agreement i take the rental only because carstar is paying. An employee named shiminder issue me the rental after she speak with employee at carstar name ******. Ifever there is any conversation that i am the one to pay then i should havenot take the rental because i dont have that much budget. Now carstar is refusing to pay the full bill and both enterprises and carstar are forcing me to pay the rest of the bill and its more than 3000$. Before the carstar is forcing me to pay 100% but when i explain them and give them witnesses the manager agree to pay only half of the bill. After the manager to carstar speak to employee of enterprise named *** they both stand against me and even refuse to their initial statements that carstar is the one to pay the whole bill. The employee of enterprise *** even refuse to give me the copy of the bill as per instructions of the manager of carstar. But i get the copy of bill from another employee there. The copy of bill is attached in this complaint where you can see the dates and the bill goes to carstar. I will add screenshot of the computer of enterprise where its clearly written that 100% will be paid by carstar. I got this ss from employee of enterprise. I am really very stressed because enterprise now send this conflit to outside consumer collection agency who is now keep on calling me to pay the amount of more than 3000$ and they said there is any conversation interest adding on it daily. It will affect my credit score even its not my mistake. Please help me getting out of it and please save my credit.

     I will attach all the communications we had with Mr. ***** below surrounding the rental. There was never an agreement for the Shop to cover his entire rental. In fact, I agreed to assist with 10 days of rental for the grievances he was encountering as we unfortunately had issues with ********** and getting a proper wiring harness for his vehicle. This harness was a key component to the repairs. ********** kept sending us the incorrect harness which delayed his repairs extensively. I have attached the invoice that I agreed to pay for him. Mr. ***** was told to get out of his rental at many points throughout the months from March-May. It was ultimately his decision to stay int the rental for as long as he did.

    *********** TRIED TO STATE THAT BODYSHOP SHOULD BE COVERING RENTAL, **** EMPHASIZED THAT WE WILL NOT BE COVERING RENTAL AND THAT MULTIPLE PEOPLE HAVE TOLD *********** TO RETURN HIS RENTAL AT DIFFERENT TIMES. ENTERPRISE CONFIRMED THIS WITH THE CUSTOMER AS WELL AND STATED THAT HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING HIS RENTAL BILL WHICH WAS UPWARDS OF $2000. **** MENTIONED TO ENTERPRISE THAT ****** AND *********** EVEN SAT IN ******* OFFICE TO DISCUSS THIS RENTAL BILL AND THE **** THAT BODYSHOP WILL HELP OUT FOR A SET NUMBER OF DAYS AS AGREED UPON IN THE MEETING THEY HAD (A WEEK WAS AGREED AT FIRST AND THEN EXTENDED TO 10 DAYS RENTAL) AND THAT *********** WAS ON THE HOOK FOR THE REST.

    **** CALLED AND SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER REGARDING STATUS OF REPAIR.

    EVERYTHING WAS LINED UP FOR THE VEHICLE TO LEAVE FOR MECHANICAL INSPECTION TODAY. UNFORTUNATELY. ABHI LOOKED AT THE HARNESS AND HAS DETERMINED IT TO BE THE INCORRECT ONE. ****** AND ABHI HAVE BEEN WORKING WITH KROSS MITSU TO FIND THE CORRECT ONE FOR THE VEHICLE.

     

    AS FOR THE RENTAL, CUSTOMER ADVISED THAT THEY RETURNED THEIR RENTAL MARCH *****TH AND NOW **** IS PLACING THEM IN ANOTHER RENTAL TO ASSIST WITH GRIEVENCES.

     

    **** EXPLAINED THAT BODYSHOP CANNOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR INCORRECT MANU****UERING OR SENDING OF INCORRECT PARTS. **** EXPLAINED PERHAPS WE CAN LOOK AT CONTACTING COOP DUE TO THE PARTS ISSUES TO SEE IF SOME OF THE NEW RENTAL BILL WILL BE COVERED.

     

    **** ASKED ****** WHAT UPDATE ON HARNESS WAS FROM KROSS - AT THIS TIME ****** HAS NOT HEARD ANYTHING REGARDING.

    i am rejecting this response. Please find the attached documents in which you can read one pdf with my response as the box here is not providing me the limit of the words. I explain my side very clearly in that pdf. 

    in conclusion its my request that if carstar pay me 1000$ then i can pay the rest money from my pocket. It will help me to have less burdun than paying the whole amount alone.

    Vehicle was delivered there after accident in March of 2022. After problems with insurance it was verified that insurance would cover and they could proceed with the work. Since August of 2022 we have been promised that it will be "ready next week" and they have continued to make excuses as to why they have not completed it when they have had all the parts available but chose to work on other vehicles instead of ours. We have now paid over $8,000 in vehicle payments without being able to drove our vehicle. We have been promised it would be done and ready to pick up for over 2 months now and every time we contact them on the promised date it's pushed back yet again another week. Our vehicle is still in pieces and we were told last week that it was done and it just needed final inspection and now this week they are telling us that it still has parts that need to be installed.

    Our insurance is uo for renewal on Oct 31st 2022 and we wanted to cancel our insurance as we aren't happy with how they dealt with repairs/the accident but we now have to pay another full year just to ensure the job will get done on our truck.
