    ********** and ***** April 202* NXT tax services did my income tax return in 2022. ************** wanted $****** after he told me I was supposed to get back $******** in back pay for the previous years; however, revenue Canada denied that amount, and I received only $********* in back pay. I told ***** I could only pay $**** for his service, and I paid $**** as I told him. Now, ***** Commercial Investigators is calling asking for $**** extra. This year ************** reported to ***** Commercial Investigators, they keep calling over and over asking me to pay $**** I don't have that kind of money, and I've never paid that kind of money to do my taxes. I hope someone here can help me. Thank you.

    The plaintiff, ***************************, has deliberately refused to pay his agreed accounting fees following his tax revision from 20** to 20**. He kept on making numerous empty promises to pay for over * years, and later, he stopped picking up calls or responding to our emails. So, we forwarded his account for collections after crediting him with a huge discount to ease payment (see statement attached). Instead of settling his account, he decided to go online with negative reviews. This is, of course, bad faith. A few individuals continue to behave this way towards businesses. That review should therefore be cancelled. You could verify with the plaintiff.

    I am rejecting this response because: I've never signed, or agreed to pay the amount of money NXT requested from me. First of all, ************** told me I was supposed to get back over $********* from revenue ******, and that was denied by Revenue Canada Agency.
