    We hired Edmonton Eviction Services in Sept. 2023 to represent us in dealing with a problem tenant. The office staff was very approachable and seemed well informed. I did ask a couple of times to meet with ***, the owner to discuss our case but he was busy. We did talk a couple of times on the phone and he had good customer relations and seemed helpful and busineslike. I recall asking to meet just before the hearing to review the evidence our tenant had and the claims that she made. It was not possible. The review board adjudicator ruled against us and during the post-review discussion with ***, some pertinent information regarding the tenant's claims I had that would have helped our case was discussed. The reluctance to set up a face to face meeting pre- hearing was, I believe, a poor judgement call on ***'s part. This was my first time dealing with this type of problem and I know that some more guidance would have helped steer me right. Interestingly, there are all kinds of very positive reviews on their website from satisfied customers but I cannot find anyplace to add my opinion to them. Les and Tess *****

    Thank you, Mr. ****** for your review. Each case is a one shot opportunity to showcase your side of the dispute. Our staff is very experienced and knowledgeable about what these cases need in order to achieve the goal. Anything new that is to be added has a timeline and a procedure, that was discussed prior to the hearing. We talked many times and it appeared that we had as much evidence as was available. We also talked about this possible outcome. The bottom line is that your case, and evidence supplied, was not as strong as the tenants. Even with our discussion afterwards, there wasnt enough to overcome the tenants case. We do the very best job we can, and did so in your case as well. Everything was documented, and presented it the best light possible. There were just some facts that occurred that could not be overcome at the hearing. That possibility was dismissed. You and your wife are good people and I enjoyed our chats and your stories. Do not hesitate to call me to discuss your concerns. ************
