    Ive purchased 3 new vehicles here, the first transaction was flawless- the dealership was under previous owner at that time. Since I was happy with the first truck I returned to buy two others, what a difference. They out right lied on second purchase and on the third truck had scratches on the hood and doors, none of which was repaired, Ive since gone to ************************* and couldnt be happier, definitely recommend. With atrocious customer service and a service department that has to be shown the contract before performing the paid-for maintenance. I would not recommend the heartland dealership for any circumstances, they have lost my business as well as the referrals I have introduced to other dealerships who appreciate good paying customers.

    I Received Such a high level of disrespect from these people At heartland ford. When I purchase the vehicle The person I was dealing with told me that the car had two sets of tires. One set was already on the car which was the winter set. The other set Heartland ford put in the back for me. These tires were in the back of the car when I test drove it! When i bought the car Nobody went outside and went over the vehicle with me. Now summer is quickly approaching So I brought the tires that Heartland ford gave me when i originally purchased the vehicle, to get changed. Heartland told me that they were the wrong tires..They told me that I was a liar and These Tires We're not the tires for the vehicle. I was taken back because first off I have no other tires.I never had any other tires! The only tires that I have are the tires Heartland Ford Gave me When I bought the vehicle! Second they just called me a liar! **** refuse to acknowledge that Someone at Heartland Ford dealership Made a mistake, & gave me the wrong tires. My husband came to the dealership because I was trying to deal with them for about two hours. He was a little heated but he wasn't out of Control. Rightfully so, they just called me a liar. Also Heartland Ford We're being dishonest About The tire situation.Heartland ford dealership Right out threatened My husband!. When we told them we were going to record what they had to say. They would not talk to us. And kicked us out of the dealership. Before they gave us another number to call. The amount of smirky disrespect that we got from 2 of the men in management Was unbelievably unprofessional!We have dealt with Heartland Ford's disrespect and dishonesty before. Heartland Ford didn't give me The master key fob for the vehicle either when i purchased it..Heartland ford lied about it & said i had the right key. Then tried to make us pay for another. until we fought for the right key fob! The other key fob wouldn't let me change any of the settings
