    March 21 called to make appt for March 23, 2022. I was looking to have 2 tax returns done for 2020 and 2021. 2020 was done, I assumed, as I was given paperwork and my info back. 2021 was not completely finished as I was unsure about being able to claim some lost money on investments. Paid $100 for 2 returns. I called back March 28 and let her know that it was not something I could claim and to go ahead and finish(file). At the time I was working nights so found it hard to get back physically to the business. I sent a self addressed/stamped envelope with a letter asking her to mail my paperwork if she could please. Nothing came. April 19 was able to leave a message. Called several other times but mail box was full so call didnt even connect. Was able to leave a message June 6, called again 30 min later and got to talk with her. By this time I had received my 2021 tax return. I asked if she had gotten my letter. She said yes and would have no problem mailing it. I asked when I could expect 2020 tax return. Since done around same time. She stated that CRA probably backed up so give it some more time. Oct 12 no paperwork, no return. Left a message with Crystal Bookkeeping requesting paperwork. Called CRA myself Oct 13. 2020 was never filed. Called Crystal Bookkeeping again and left message. I was annoyed that 2020 not filed, there was no follow-up/ through on her part and to call me. I did say that I would be making a complaint if she didn't call. Not once has an attempt been made to call me even in the past. If sick she could have explained. Never replied to messages.
