    They came to our house to move. Spent an unacceptable time checking out what was to be moved. It was a minimal amount of furniture ready to go. No boxes and Most furniture already moved. They moved stuff at a snails pace even though we pushed items towards the door. Then in the middle of the move, one of the guys took a 1/2 bathroom break. Not acceptable, should have been a discount on the invoice for that or have another guy ready to take his place. They were slow and it is insulting to have to stop and pay before they unloaded the last couple of pieces. Over charged by an hour in our opinion and should have been some concession for the hired guy not available in the bathroom. It was a short quick move that took way to long..

    Worst company ever. We have rented for 29 years and used several moving companies. I hired them because of site reviews. When you open the one tab it is stated that they can remove any negative review they choose.We were overcharged by $250 (were required to pay before they would unload), we had damaged furniture and no response to emails. We had inexperienced movers, 1 and 2 months experience between the 2, neither spoke English well, so communication was difficult, and one had knee and back injuries. Never have our moves taken more than 6 hours, that's why we hire movers. They wanted us to pay for 10 before they would unload our stuff, I negotiated 9, and with our help and lending them our dolly we completed in 8 hours. Thus the overpayment if 1 hour at $150 and the $100 deposit which was not credited. Breaks were taken and were not taken into account, and the driver was on the phone for at least an hour. The younger fellow was exhausted by 11, 2 and 1/2 hours after beginning. He worked hard but not efficiently, 1 box at a time and no equipment, ie a dolly.Again, worst moving company ever and not able to leave accurate reviews on their website. Zero stars.
