      I am not one to reach out to complain or be confrontational but ************ is anwful and I dont feel this is right to do to a customer. I bought my truck cash so I own straight out and purchased all the warranty and service plans I could. There is a recall on my truck and I discovered the part is broken. Have to bring it in where it will be deemed unsafe to drive. They have to have **** technicians see the bolt with their own eyes before even being allowed to order the part, and I live over an hour from the dealership. Told theres only one manufacturer making this part so could take well over a month to get. So left without a vehicle for a month or so, no loaners or any intern vehicle they can give me. No vehicle for work or anything. Talked to **** Canada and dealership and best can do is $35 a day rental from driving force. Over $1k outta my pocket that I cannot afford for their incompetence. So I miss out on work for the time being or spend money I dont have. Lose Lose.
