    Paid in full $2,572.50 on 11/11/21 for a fuel tank.
    Owner of company **** stated he would have it rushed to us, would be within a couple weeks. He got hurt around March 2022, so would delay it. I requested a refund since it had already been so late. They denied it. Said the metal was already cut. It's now the end of November 2022 and he won't respond to any of my calls or emails. He is still accepting work from others and getting down payments and not fulfilling the work. Tons of people are effected by this company. We just want our money refunded.

    Purchased a custom slip tank from Aries Craft LTD on February 2 2022. I paid a deposit of $1275.75 with my visa. This was half of the total cost of the tank. It is now September 17 2022 and I have not received the tank or any timeline for when it will be completed. The ***** **** ****** was injured in the shop which is there reasoning for ripping me off. I have asked several times for my money to be refunded, I have gave them the option to give me the material in place of the tank so I could take it somewhere else to be welded and they have also refused this as well. Upon doing more research there are many other having the same issue. I wrote them a formal "Letter of Complaint" at which I received no response. Do not know what to do at this point.

    Placed an order for a slip tank and provided a $1000 deposit on November 21, 2021. Continued to communicate over several months with no dates provided on completion of the tank. Finally started to ask for my deposit back with no response to e-mail/Facebook messages or phone calls. ********* ********** *** **** ** ****** ***** ******* ******* *** ***** **** *******
