    This business is not accredited by BBB, for good reason. I was an out-of-province owner of a condo in GP (an inheritance). I was recommended this agency to oversee my property. Under their watch, the place was systematically trashed over a 5 year period (they called it "poor housekeeping"). Inspections were infrequent and cursory, overlooking obvious damage such as punch holes in walls, filth, ***** in flooring, smoking and an animal when it was clearly stated in the rental agreement that none was allowed. Over $4000 in unpaid rents accrued while the agency consistently argued for the tenant's excuses. I ultimately insisted on eviction which invoked legal means. After eviction, it was evident the tenants were serious drug users. I spent more than a month, making 2 separate trips, to deal with the outfall; in short, a costly nightmare. My loss in rents and the loss in value of the property will never be compensated. Richer Realty always took their cut. Richer Realty gets an F.
