    On April 20-22 I purchased and new travel trailer from Woody's RV in Grande Prairie. When I went to pick it up they had a guy walk me and my family through the trailer showing us how to use it. When he tried to show us how to slide the slide out, it didn't work. He called his shop foreman over and it still didn't work but after standing there for a minute thinking of possibilities he tried it again and it that time it worked. Then May long weekend we booked a campsite and when we went to pack the last of our stuff into the trailer the slide wouldn't work. Drove over to Woody's and ***** ***** our salesman was there and said that service was closed but if we brought it in he'd have one of his guys (not mechanic but supposedly mechanically inclined) look at it and try to get us out for the weekend. Never heard from them again. Tried calling on Tuesday but I was a few minutes to late so I stopped in there on Wednesday and ***** wasn't in his office so I went and spoke to service and they didn't even know that the trailer was there. so it was frustrating but mistakes happen. I've had to take the trailer back not 5-6 times in the 3.5 months I've had it. This last weekend I again booked sites and event tickets etc and then just as we were getting ready to go the slide wouldn't function. I dropped it off at Woody's again and again requested to just return it for a refund. I've spent a substantial amount of money this summer on campsite, event tickets and food etc just to find out last minute that the same problem is still haunting me. I get it intermittent problems are difficult to fix but I feel like there has been very little effort and even less effort in customer service. I spent $76791.72 to buy the trailer in hopes of having a good camping summer but not once have we been able to go out and enjoy a camping trip without the same issue.
