    Hi I have a complaint regarding the High Prairie Circle K store in High Prairie Alberta. On Friday at the High Prairie Alberta store I was attacked verbally by an employee for no reason I hadn't stolen anything or committed any crime the following are copies of complaints that I sent to circle k contact regarding the two incidents. I was at Circle K in High Prairie, Alberta there is only one Circle K here in High Prairie today at about 11:20 in the morning. I had a coupon for a coke from the new contest Circle K--Coca-Cola VIP Festival Experience Giveaway and a discount store coupon for a cherry coke. The same clerk that I complained about a few times now who kept telling me that none of my coupons were working on a couple of different occasions one right after the other which I didn't think was the case he was there again. Both coupons registered with sound when he scanned them but this same clerk who has been denying my coupons once again told me that my coupons didn't scan which I once again don't think was correct I think that that my coupons scanned. I have once again lost my coupons. I asked him about it and wondered why my hot chocolate coupon had worked and not the other two coupons for coke. I also asked for a receipt and didn't get one. Could you please look into this for me my phone number is ************* ********* ******** Thank you for your help! Support Once again I went to circle k today at 12 noon. A guy who is usually there at 12 was there and a new guy. I went to the coke cooler to get my coke and redeem my coupons the guy who is usually there at noon got in my face and started shouting at me reminded me of the complaint that I just made told me I was banned from the store he told me that none of my coupons are ever going to work again. I proceeded to the cash where the new guy was and tried to redeem my coupons and get my coke. This same guy accosted me again telling the new guy not to wait on me. I was told to get out and that I was banned from the store. I asked to speak to the manager he said that he was the manager. I think that he was just an employee i have seen the manager before. Could you please look into this for me and see that I am not banned from the store and that my coupons work and that there is no further verbal attacks when I enter the store? ********* ******** Now today I received a phone call from circle k who said that they received a call from the High Prairie Circle K they said that they were contacted by the circle k here. I believe that the same guy that attacked me verbally shouting in my face at the Circle k here in High Prairie on Friday called them posing as the manager. They kept suggesting there were racial slurrs I said that there wasn't any this same guy that contacted them is a liar. I suggested getting the surveillance tape and watching it. They said that they couldn't do that. I said that I committed no crime i wasn't shoplifting or committing a crime. This person on the phone told me that I am not permitted to go back to the circle k. Could you please look into this and make sure that there is a positive outcome for me and that I am treated fairly and correctly and justly and not treated unfairly because I was verbally attacked by an employee who is posing as a manager and lying
