      In May of 2024 I contacted *********************** with Western Financial Group in ******************* inquiring about house insurance. She provided insurance amounts and a policy that we agreed upon. After this she told me that I needed to pay two months premiums before they would activate the policy plus a monthly payment that same month-3 months worth of payments to start the coverage. I questioned this with ***** and said this wasnt acceptable. She did not reply to my voicemail that I left for her. A few days letter she sent an email to my lawyer who was processing the new mortgage and told that she had cancelled the insurance policy, which actually was never active Policy #********. Two weeks later I received a phone call from SGI collections saying that I owed them money for the cancelled policy. I told them I dont have an insurance policy with Western Financial and never have. They said according to Western Financial I owe them the money. I have email proof from ***** that the policy was never active and was cancelled on the same day that it was created. I have a copy of the email ***** sent to my lawyer saying the policy was cancelled and therefore was never active. The statement that I have from Western Financial says that I do not owe any money however ********************* filed with the ************* and SGI Collections. A business cannot make a financial claim against a person who never purchased a product or service from them, yet this is what ********************* at Western Financial in ******************* has done this but also added this to the ************* which is erroneous. The recourse has caused serious implications for me and has negatively affected my credit rating. This past week I applied for something and was denied because of the erroneous claim that ***** has filed against me. Western Financial needs to have this claim cancelled with SGI Collections immediately and provide me with proof they have removed this from my credit rating with the *************.

      Renewal of home insurance policy June 16/22. Received an email requesting response. Spoke with rep to answer questions to revise policy only 2 weeks before policy due. Revised replacement rebuild cost with updated prices. These prices were extremely inflated and more than real estate listing value. Email from company stated the policy increase was to be in place as of next Policy was paid in full June 10/22 . In July/22 received an invoice stating over $588 increase and due now

      We appreciate your concern and reaching out. We understand that this issue has been resolved by our branch manager and there is no further premium owing. As discussed, your home is currently insured for guaranteed replacement cost which is the value is based on the cost to rebuild and not the current real estate value. This is because they would be rebuilding the house with brand new materials and includes the coverage for contractor fees and debris removal. We do not use real estate listing value as this takes depreciation into consideration.       I am rejecting this response because:  I did receive an invoice of an adjusted rate $161.00 from *************************** in accounting dated August 24/22. There was no mention from the branch manager ******** that the invoice was zeroed.  This is extremely poor management to try and increase someones insurance policy 2 weeks before the due date. Policy has been cancelled because of this. I assure you I will cancel all outstanding policies as they come due
