    We purchased a 5x10 south land dump trailer from factory outlet trailer for ********* on October 19. We received the trailer the week after on a Friday. After the first time using the trailer it was clear it had multiple issues. 3 out of 4 bolts on the mechanism holding the trailer ramps were missing. The entire right side of the trailer bed had not been welded, causing small rocks to fall out of the trailer, (hitting other vehicles on the road) and it was not electrically connected to our truck properly. We returned the trailer to the ******** location the following Tuesday. Factory outlets employees handled the situation poorly with some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They refused to refund the trailer and instead only offered to replace the trailer through the warranty process. This was unsatisfactory to me because I have lost my trust in the manufacture. They told me they had offered refunds to unsatisfied customers before but refused to give me one. I have been without a trailer for over 2 weeks and they have refused to compensate me for my time, stress, or trailer rental I have incurred because of their due diligence on their part to properly inpect the products they are selling, dispite claiming to do inspections. Factory outlet trailer has refused to take any responsibility for this issue, claiming its all the manufacturers fault. I have correspondence of them saying the defects could not have been seen during an inspection despite them being very visible. I would be very surprised any trained professional looking over the trailer during inspection would not have seen these defects, which again shatters my confidence with this company. I would like *** to take some responsibility for this situation and offer some kind of compensation if they cant offer a refund.
