    We hired gypsy chicks cleaning service for a job on my wifes birthday, it was agreed that they would come in and clean for a few hours to make my wife a very happy person. We previously discussed a price of $30/hr. I was un aware this was per cleaner. We previously discussed not touching my brand new kitchen appliances as everything had already been cleaned behind before install. Also had an agreement to schedule weekly cleans at $30/hr.

    Day of clean comes, and the owner decides without my concent or discussion to do a deep clean instead of previous agreement. Deep clean takes 6 1/2hrs at a rate of $50/hr per cleaner. (3 cleaners where involved). I was not informed of this amount through any discussions i had with her at any time. I found out when she billed me. The problem i have is, her and her team damaged my fridge and a few other things while cleaning. She agreed to repair or replace the damaged door on my fridge. After failing to pull the dent out of my brand new fridge, she agreed to buy me a new door to replace the damaged one. She explained it would be 4-6 weeks for the new door to ship. It has now been 8 weeks and she refuses to respond to me.
