    I purchased a **** f150 from these guys drove it for a week then motor went that was 2 months ago they dodge my calls and give me the run around when i call bad service i now pay for a truck that i dont drive

    Good day - *** I will give you a call in a bit. We have located and ordered an engine under warranty for you but unfortunately the supply of these is difficult so we are still waiting. I know I spoke with you about this a few times to explain. We definitely regret that this happened and the delay, but with the warranty it will be fixed. I will give you an update in the next day or two.

    Great service first time with new Nissan ***** was very helpful, went for oil change had problem with console storage would not open to my surprise they fixed that too

    My car wont start in the morning, my hubby charged a bit, off I go to work. After work I go to the dealer, they check it then booked me for the big test in morning. The battery failed the test so Ive got a new battery. While the car there, Ive got detailed as well. Which is really good. ****** gave me really good service through that 2 days. She took care of me. Thanks ******.

    Service visit to LA Nissan was a pleasant one. Our Advisor ***** made the experience very comfortable with her knowledge and advise. She stopped by multiple times in the waiting lounge to provide feedback and acknowledge our patience. Her energy and smile made the wait a breeze.She even offered complimentary wash and vacuum, which made the entire experience of driving down to visit LA Nissan from ******** a wise choice.I offer 5 stars for such a lovely experience and look forward to future visits for more of the same.     I have had my vehicle serviced at LA Nissan numerous times. I have always been satisfied with the work done. Where expectations are exceeded is in customer service, particularly in dealings with the service advisor. She is friendly, efficient, and goes beyond normal expectations in making our experience a positive one.
