    ****** came out to my rural property for the purposes of addressing a problem with a hot water heater, and then returned to look at a horse waterer, and numerous plumbing concerns including a leaking sink and tub. The only thing that was actually repaired was the leaking sink and this started leaking again yesterday into the bottom cabinet in the bathroom. Last fall, when he was here, he told me to go ahead an use the jet tub that had once leaked into the ceiling of the lower floor - he said that the issue was the adjoining shower drain and that it was fixed. When i used the tub, it leaked into the ceiling below - again; causing much damage to the drywall, as i had filled the tub completely and had no idea. I sent a video of this to him showing the water pouring down like rain, and also to someone that identified himself as somehow partnering in the business from ******* They did not address this issue at all and only wanted the invoice paid. I have paid almost $*** and now have to have all of these issues looked at by someone new. Nothing was repaired (water tank, sink leaking, tub leaking, horse water not working properly). At least I had thought that the sink was but that is also now unusable, as it is leaking the same as before. I have the invoice and proof of payment.

    Hello ******, the agreed upon scope of work from Ember Mechanical was to 1. Repair a fireplace, 2. Reconnect his/her faucets, 3. Set Pressure Tank. While present, our plumber diagnosed your leaking tub issue but did not repair it as he did not have the appropriate equipment to do so (the invoice states this exercise was a diagnostic). The horse waterer was repaired with recommendations to protect against future damage/failures, we do not assume liability if recommendations are not followed. Below I have made available a snippet of the invoice, which clearly showcases the scope of work. These services were provided on September **** 202*, over * year ago. Our employees performing a diagnostic of a situation does not hold us liable if you choose to not follow their advice / recommendations.

    I am rejecting this response because this does not remotely address my concerns or the facts.

    I have attached a Word document (as my response is over 2000 characters. I spoke to *** at the Calgary office just after composing that, and was told that i could email the video and screen shots to him separately, so will do so within a few days.
