    I do not understand I took a *  day eye lash extension course at bella elite and I didn't *********** at the end off it I have to pay ***  extra on top of the **** I paid but when you look on their website they offer a ** week online course with a kit included for *** dollars and to top it off my teach was there but wasn't there she I pretty much taught Myself.

    Only the online course includes the kit, as you would be learning on your own at home without an educator. Our educators are fully trained and qualified. They offer as much and as little help that is needed by the individual that has signed up. Our online classes are posted at **% off, that is why you are seeing $***. The online class allows you** weeks to complete, however most finish and are certified in four days. Our in person classes cost more due to the fact we pay the educator to be available specifically for you from start to finish for anything you need, as this was a one on one class. We have never offered a kit with our in person classes, as we find it more beneficial to use the academy product, tools, and supplies. This way the student has access to everything that is needed, as well as extra tools in the rare case a student breaks one during their class. The kits for online basically supply enough to get through the course, and the student would still need to replenish their supplies upon completion. I have taken the time to look over the cameras before replying and see that the educator even went above in your ****** and taught you some extra tips and tricks. She was there for your every need and request.  You received both your Classic and Volume Eye Lash Extensions Certifications. You received one on one with an educator (you could have asked more questions or for more demos if needed).  You did not voice your concern about your misunderstanding while receiving your certifications and thanking the educator for the class. Our programs and certifications are valued, approved, and accredited. I apologize if you have misunderstood, however you had ample opportunities to address the concern in person while attending the academy. If you are wanting to discuss the kit further please contact me. However, we are not willing to refund you for a program that we have fulfilled. You left happy, certified, and had no complaints at the time.
