    On October 10, 2023 ************************* reached out to me (*********************) by ******** Messenger stating that Joker Contracting is accredited with both Trex and Fiberon for compositing decking. I was encouraged to call him at the following number ************. The next point of contact was October, with a request to meet at our new build house, *************************. ****** and *********************** met my husband (***********************) and I to discuss the product. ***** brought samples of the product and both ****** and ***** were very involved in the conversation regarding us working with them. After this meeting, ****** then provided an estimate and followed up on Oct 17th messaged me to ensure I received the quote. I responded that we received the estimate and it was over our budget. On Oct 30th ****** adjusted the estimate and we agreed to pay for the materials and ****** would provide the deck labor for $500. I etransfered a deposit of $4,865.70. From November 2023- April 6th, 2024I sent emails, texts, messenger messages, daily phone calls and voicemails asking to confirm when install would happen. There was no communication back with the exception of March 17 or 18th I received a return-call from ****** confirming he would install the deck composite. He stated ***** been away and would now be able to begin the job. On March 19th I received a ******** message that the deck composite had been damaged in his yard at work and he would need to order new. After not hearing from him, I again contacted ****** on April 6th and asked for a return of materials deposit. Again he stopped contact.
