    Complaint:
    We purchased new flooring from Floor Right and have several issues with the customer service we received and the vinyl planking. My spouse and I met with the owner (******) of Floor Right Sept 7, 2023 to inspect vinyl planking that had been removed from our home, address a damaged drawer front, 2 doors that required quarter round, repair hole in the vinyl planking and the overall service we received from Floor Right. During the meeting ****** indicated that I could go ahead and get quote on having the drawer front repaired.

    On Sept 11, 2023 I emailed ****** with quote to fix drawer front and proceed with getting doors and hole in flooring completed. He emailed back with approval to have drawer front repaired and would have ***** ***************** rep) come to complete the 2 other repairs when we was back. I never heard from *************** I emailed ****** back on Oct 10 and received an out of office response that indicated he would be checking emails. 

    On Oct 18 at approx. 9:00 I posted a ****** review indicating that I have been waiting for my job to be completed.
    At 11:49 October 18, I received text from ***** asking when I would like him to come by to install 1/4 round and fill the hole. I respond at 1:35 and again on Oct 20, but never heard back. I have called *****'s cell phone and left vm on Oct 23 and call Floor Right on Oct 25 again left vm.  My spouse called ***** and was told he would need to speak with ******, he has called and left messages but have not heard back.

    Resolution:
    We would just like this job completed as promised.

    I have attached emails and text messages.  At no time was i informed that they were waiting for 1/4 round to finish the job.
