    I had **** and Falken Plumbing in to do some work. Mainly to install a faucet and drain and shower controls. The job has not been completed while they have been paid in full as requested. When they did do some weird they damaged drywall as the parts they ordered wouldnt fit. Instead of calling and trying to find a solution they punched a hole in the ceiling to install parts. I was told I could have drywall repaired and to send a bill. So I was told all the work was done, I was away at a funeral so I could not check personally. When I returned home I saw the drain was not installed which I did pay for as requested by ****. Now I cannot get through when calling and all texts are being avoided. I just really need this done as I need to have the job finished. I regret trusting the work would be completed and should have not paid til it was done but I was told it was best to do things that way.

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention.  We pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction and apologize for the inconvenience that this has undoubtedly caused you.  In order to rectify this situation, could you please provide us with a copy of the invoice or sales receipt that refers to the work that you were charged for that was not completed?  As for the drywall repair in the shower ceiling above the shower head, we did state that we would pay for that.  Could you please provide us with a detailed quote from 3 separate local drywall companies, and we will arrange with one of them to conduct the repair at your earliest convenience.  The quotes and invoice/sales receipt can be forwarded to ********************************.  We look forward to working with you to solve this issue.

    I do not have an invoice as one was not provided.   I was asked to pay cash.    I do have text messages exchanged that acknowledge the shower did need to be finished which would include the drain.

    Im not sure you can say the business addresses this as they did not offer to finish the work started.     Of course Im dissatisfied.   *********** did not provide an invoice as they requested to be paid in cash
