    Called this company for ** quote and they were quick to send the sales personnel. ***** came in in less than an hour and did a walkthrough and told us that the outdated ** unit needs replacement. Gave us the quote, stayed right next to us, not giving us the time and privacy to decide. We got pressured to accept the quote, got the deposit in lightning speed and left. 4 business days later was the install. The installers came on time and took them few hours to install and supervisor came in to check the install. The funny part is none of them stay to check whether the unit was working well to cool the house. 2 days later decided to check on the unit and turned it on for 1/2 hour, only to find out that the unit did not cool the entire house and the temperature that was set did not get hit. Informed the company via SMS and they sent another technician. ****, the tech came in and checked and did the temperature reading near the furnace area and found out that there were few issues with the fan blowing too much air and also with the filter that was there from last year that was an issue. He change the filter to a no name brand, simple one than the 3M filter that was originally in there. The unit started functioning little better. After that we did not have the necessity to use it. Few days later, we decided not to go with the ** and communicated with the company immediately. ****** was the one communicating with us and told us that she would talk to the general manager and get back to me the next day. That never happened and we had to keep SMS'ng and there was always a new story that we heard back. Finally, after a week, after we calling and SMS'ng several times, got the word that the unit was not returnable as the ***** period of 10 days was over and that it would cost us the entire amount of $7.6K to uninstall and that they cannot re-use it. Unhappy customer, signing off and warning others to read all the reviews and take the time to decide.
