    They use old statistics to fear  monger the customer. Up to 55% failed rate. Those were all recalled years ago. Also all the products they are selling are available at ********** through ***** at a fraction of the price. Another completely fear mongering ****.

    The smoke alarms/carbon monoxide alarms/fire blankets etc may be lovely. However the moment the batteries die and you want the company to live up to its 10 year unconditional guarantee and replace them the owner will lose the ability to return phone calls. The batteries are not replaceable by consumers so the only way to get the dead units repaired or replaced is through the company. Currently under warranty. Six years left to go on the unconditional warranty. Suddenly he cant return a phone call. He had no problem remembering our number when he wanted referrals to potential new customers. Now four months of regularly calling him and he cant call us back
