    *** had two terrible experiences with ****** and believe they need to be investigated. For Christmas I had bought my mother a gift card for a pedicure and the woman working (who has been the same woman for both situations) had told me that she did not have debit so I had to e-transfered her to purchase the gift card and when my mother tried to use it the lady told her she would not accept the gift card because my mother did not have a receipt of purchase with it. she had not given me one due to it being a etransfer. Second incident was my sister not knowing of the previous incident had bought me a pedicure for Mothers Day and on Thursday June 27th my mother and I had gone to Qnails to get pedicures and when we had tried to pay with out gift cards she would not accept them and (in very broken English) told us someone was stealing from her so she cant accept gift cards only cash or etransfer. I explained that she had sold the giftcards herself and had taken our money and that if someone was stealing it was her responsibility as a business owner to either file with the police or lawyer and that it was very poor business to sell gift cards and than not accept them. She then started to shout that we were stealing from her and she needed more money. I called the city and explained the situation and they told me her business license says qnails so our gift card for qnails was valid and that I need to contact you to look into it so that it doesnt happen to anyone else.
