    May 21 2024.We paid 3598.00$.They did not tell us it was a vacuum other wise we wouldn't of let her in the house we were looking for an filterless air purifier that is what they advertised and we were interested in while telling us there are no filters just water but there is a hepa filter that we need to replace and we didnt want a filter machine and she didnt tell us that until the tech told ***** dispute is the machine makes a high pitch noise on air purification mode that we use 24/7 that gives me headaches and other people when they come over they ask what is that high pitch noise and i show them and they say how can u stand it and i said I cant with my medical issue sensitive to noises.And there was only a 10 day money back which I allready complained to her on may 22.I was talking to her via texting back and forth.We talked back and forth until May 24 and she said we will get this fixed.She never got back to me until June 7 after i had to text her and asked is there a money back garanty and was told only 10 days when I phoned them.Great they dragged it out passed the 10 days.They tried to resolve the issue by replacing it on the June 7 and text her back on the 9th and said it makes more ******** still nothing resolved so I took it to the shop on July 18.All he said is that's normal and I said seriously.I talked to a lot of people and sent videos of the noise to people and they all said return it and i said i cant cause they made sure the 10 days passed.I text her on July 18 and told her what the tech said and what I'm going to do if this issue isn't resloved.I haven't heard back from her yet.The tech said well move it from where I sit and i said i only have a 800sqft house and we want the machine the closest we can all day while we cant even watch tv its so ******* I'm coming to you guys for help and like i told them i wanted a refund or i will go higher because this noise is not normal compared to other people's.Thanks
