      I bought a semi truck with fresh engine. Took delivery sept 5 started working it sept 15th 2023 come with 1 year parts and labor warranty. had engine trouble from day 1 called talk ****** and his mechanic was assured nothing was wrong. spend about $8500 in first 6 days went back to work then same issues replaced all sensors and tuning about $3500 as when i got the truck it had over 650hp I retuned to 525hp as its a 525hp engine. continued working on nov 19 2023 the truck had major engine failure. it truck worked a total of 64days. ****** told me to bring to mechjager mechanical only and nowhere else. I wanted a diagnosis as I had a bad feeling about the quality of there work. took to a very reputable shop in my home town. as his shop was a $3500 tow bill. at this point he told me all warranty was void. I had paperwork and text messages from before i bought the unit. it was the only reason I bought as its an older truck but fresh inframe with 1 year warranty its also the only reason ***** ****** financed a 2011 for $116000.. so i had the engine looked at soon as the cylinder head was removed multiple bolts were very loose not close to spec. the mechanic seen on piston #2 #3 the anti friction rings were not installed " this alone would cause major engine failure" and many other part with hammer marks many incorrectly installed bearing that would fail many years early... I have the full report. now here i am with a truck sold by a company with no amvic or bbb number. the truck is now worth probably $30000 if lucky. they wont do nothing for me. I have reports all paper work engine qoutes. as of now the truck is down since nov 19 and wont bee fixed till mid jan. im paying for repairs. its also losing revenue everyday. a new engine is around $60000 plus install. they wont respond to me not sure what to do from here. thankyou. i have all the documents on email i can send.
